What is Melalite Forte Cream?
Melalite Forte Cream is used to lighten hyperpigmented (dark) areas of the skin, freckles and age spots that are associated with birth control pills, skin injuries, hormone medicines or pregnancy.
How does Melalite Forte Cream work?
Melalite Forte Cream is a skin-bleaching preparation. Its active component is Hydroquinone that works by reducing the production of melanin (pigment that gives the skin a brown texture) through inhibition of the activity of an enzyme required for melanin synthesis. Melalite also increases the breakdown of melanin pigment granules in the pigment cells of the skin.
How to use this preparation?
Before using Melalite Forte you should test your skin for sensitivity – apply small amount of the cream to the small patch of the affected area, if no itching or redness occurs within 24 hours, you can start treatment.
