Medications you purchase from our online pharmacy are manufactured in different countries. If you’ve placed an order for a product we don’t have in stock at the moment, a refund will be credited to you.
Delivery of Goods
Orders are sent out through International Airmail or Express Mail Services, depending on which shipment option you choose. Shipments need to be signed for on delivery, which allows us to know when shipments have been successfully delivered to customers. If you haven’t received your package within the time frame allotted, you should contact us to request reshipment.
Delivery times varies depending on the shipment option you choose. Express shipping will take anywhere from five to ten business days, while regular airmail shipping takes from ten to fifteen business days. In some cases, if delivery seems to have been delayed, please contact us for information.
The orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the moment we’ve received the order, provided that shipment days do not fall on weekends or holidays. If you’ve placed more than one order, you may receive more than one parcel, so arrival times will differ. Regardless of the shipping option, we ask you to wait at least fifteen days before contacting us.
When you buy online at Silver Pharmacy, there is no limit to the volume of your order. You can purchase as many medications as you want, as the decision is left up to the buyer. When buying medications online, you need to think about the laws regulating online medication purchases in your country/state. For the first time client, we have a fixed $400 limit for the purchase. For recurring purchases, you will have no limit to the total number of pills.
Your credit card would be charged for the full amount of your purchases, right after you send it in for processing. When you submit your order, an email confirmation would be sent to your email address, so make sure that you have email@example.com added to your safe list. Orders will not be shipped within 24 hours, to give time for the buyer to make any immediate changes to their orders.
Our top priority is to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. When you receive your purchase in the mail, we urge that you open it right away to make sure that you have received the right medications in the right amount. If something is missing or damaged, you need to get in touch with our support team to ask for reshipment of your order. Silver Pharmacy should not be held responsible for differences in the color or the shape of the pills/capsules, occurred during the manufacturing process. We guarantee to offer our customers either a 100% money back policy or a full order reshipment in the event that:
- Package is not delivered
- Package is damaged
- Package is missing medications
If something is wrong with your order (medications are damaged or missed), you need to contact us within ten days since receiving the parcel. If you don’t contact us within this time, you will need to bear with all shipping costs for returns. If you haven’t received your package within time frame allotted, we will open up an investigation to see what went wrong during transit. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we will offer you either a refund or reshipment.
